Prediction Some feel that Tennessee is not the juggernaut they were last year, when they beat up on teams by an average of 30 points per game. It doesn't matter. Two seasons ago the Vols lost ten games but rolled through the tournament for their second consecutive title. If anything, their two losses this season only make them more intent on proving themselves once again. As coach Pat Summitt says, "This is a time of year in which I think our team will be excited to start playing." You heard right. She said, "start playing." Purdue will make the championship game interesting, but in the end it will be Tennessee. They have the best players and the best coach, and should make it four-for-four in San Jose. |
