Ginger Ehn Lew

Lew received a B.A. in political science from UCLA and a law degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1974. She has since practiced law with private firms and worked for five years with Arthur Young & Co., advising client firms on international legal issues. She later worked with a small technology firm in San Francisco. During the Clinton administration, she served as deputy counsel at the Department of Commerce and in 1996 was named deputy administrator of the Small Business Administration. She has served on the several corporate and nonprofit boards. She is currently CEO of the Telecommunications Development Fund.
