Paul G. Rogers, 1968-1978; elected as a Democrat to the Ninety-sixth and to the four succeeding Congresses (January 3, 1979-January 3, 1989); was not a candidate for reelection in 1988 but was an unsuccessful candidate for nomination to the United States Senate; is a resident of West Palm Beach, Fla.
