THE THIRD CHILD of Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, is considered less of an intellectual and more of an athlete than Prince Charles. Born on February 19, 1960, he is also known as "Randy Andy" for his reputation with women. A naval officer, he saw active duty in 1981 during the Falklands War. Andrew currently serves in the Diplomacy Section of the Naval Staff at the Ministry of Defense.
In 1986, Andrew married Sarah Ferguson. They had two daughters, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie. In 1996, after Sarah was photographed cavorting topless in front of her children with a financial adviser, the couple divorced. However, Sarah continues to occupy a wing of Prince Andrew's home, Sunninghill Park.
Prince Andrew is fourth in line to the throne.
